Jake has an extensive understanding of the interim market and contract processes. His varied background across Financial Services and multiple disciplines provides an excellent holistic view of business and positions him well to mitigate challenges and deliver a positive impact for organisations.
Jake has successfully billed and built out teams in the past, developing consultants and a portfolio of clients. His approach is collaborative and consultative, ensuring long-lasting and engaging relationships with candidates and clients.
He graduated from the University of Winchester with a BSc in Sports Psychology and continues to demonstrate this passion by participating in any sport or fitness competition available. Perhaps this reflects his competitive nature or his lingering hope for a long-term career in sport.
