Andrew is a Director in our Tech Leadership team, specialising in identifying Digital & Technology leaders for Private Equity firms that drive the Value Creation Plans within their portfolio companies.
He has a deep understanding of technology, product management, and AI with a focus on the impact evolving technologies have on companies and the hiring landscape. Andrew supports a wide range of funds from VCs and growth equity to lower and mid-market, as well as large-cap funds. He approaches each interaction he has with a client or candidate as part of a career-long relationship with the individuals who entrust him with their partnership.
Before joining Dartmouth Partners, Andrew spent over 18 years in the recruitment industry and executive search. Andrew studied at the School of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Leeds, graduating in 2008.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing most sports and BBQ’ing all year round. He has two active young children and spends most of his spare time driving them to various sports clubs.
