Create complex financial models, coordinating and executing business due diligence and preparing preliminary evaluation analysis to support discussions and negotiations with all stakeholders involved in restructuring processes. Participate in negotiations on behalf of clients and provide distressed M&A advisory services.

Supports origination and evaluation of investment opportunities, including sector analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence in supporting the execution of transactions. Support in the development of Investment Committee memos and supporting analysis. Work with the asset management team to provide support on investments in the portfolio.

Includes all aspects of the underwriting process such as performing due diligence, negotiating and facilitating transactions, and preparing internal approval documents. Additional portfolio management, review and processing.

Focus on client origination and partnering with companies in the medium to large cap space. Drive sales strategy creation, delivering end-to-end deals while leveraging existing product specialists and guidance from top management.

Responsible for monitoring of transaction activity in the marketplace to identify new products, new lenders, and provide a markets/funding perspective on revenue forecasting, product strategy and operational requirements.

Play a vital role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing innovative investment opportunities across the UK market. Responsible for leading transactions, managing all core workstreams and internal resources. Expected to originate transactions from personal network in the UK/European market and continue to build network of advisors. Also responsible for asset management and will be hands-on when required in the portfolio.
