Candidates

• Send in your CV or apply for one of our roles. Or we’ll find you through our network and invite you to apply.
• You’ll meet with one of our specialist consultants. We want to know you, so we take time to understand your goals, skills and potential.
• If you’re suitable for a role, we’ll put you forward, occasionally conducting a range of skills and psychometric tests depending on the client’s needs.
• We arrange the interviews and help you prepare with briefings. We’ll provide detailed feedback after every stage in the process.
• We negotiate your offer and check in during onboarding and once you’ve settled.
• We’re always on hand with market insights and advice. We support you through your current role and are there for you when the time comes for a new one.
