Sanjee is a Director within Dartmouth Partners’ Value Creation practice, where he is building out a dedicated interim recruitment desk focused on PE-backed portfolio companies. His work centres on connecting operating partners and portfolio company leadership with the transformation, strategy, and M&A talent needed to deliver on value creation plans, acting as a trusted talent partner throughout the investment lifecycle.
Sanjee joins Dartmouth having spent over a decade with his last firm building a reputation as one of the market’s leading Transformation & Change recruiters in financial services. During his time there, he built cross-sector expertise across banking, asset management, insurance, and fintech, delivering mandates in capital markets, regulatory change, and post-trade operations, much of it with firms at the intersection of institutional finance and private capital.
Outside of work, Sanjee is a Manchester United fan and Formula 1 follower, though these days the real action happens at home, juggling two children under three and a Husky, who treats every walk like a Grand Prix in its own right.
