He partners with private equity-backed and investor-led businesses to solve high-impact strategic and transformational talent needs, placing interim executives and project-based consultants across finance, strategy, transformation, and other critical functions.
Zach brings over 15 years of experience delivering talent solutions across industry sectors, working with Fortune 1000 corporations and investor-backed companies.
His expertise centres on connecting interim leaders and expert consultants with businesses navigating change: the first 100 days post-investment, transformation programs, M&A integration, and exit readiness.
Zach graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Penn State University and is a former Teach for America corps member.
