Before joining Dartmouth, Andy specialised in recruiting roles across investment banking, fundraising, and corporate strategy. He joined the Dartmouth team in 2017 and has been a true talent partner to our clients and candidates. His partnerships include a range of buy-side firms that span mid and large-cap funds and LPs. He is also a driver of DE&I initiatives across his areas of expertise.
Andy has been involved in placing a range of positions, from Analyst to Managing Director. His current focus is centred on senior and strategically important mandates, including Investment Partner / MD and senior Director appointments, heads of strategy, country and sector leadership. He also works closely with private capital firms on new-platform and office build-outs, succession planning, team assessment and competitor intelligence. Andy is passionate about bringing the same level of commitment and excellence to every client and candidate he works with, regardless of the stage of their growth or career.
Andy studied at Brighton University, where he graduated in 2013. When he’s not in office, he can be found running around London. Be it a leisurely jog or donning the red and Black of Wandsworth Borough FC. Unfortunately for him, he is a Tottenham fan.
