Before joining Dartmouth, Andy worked at Marks Sattin, an international finance recruiter, focusing on investment banking, fundraising, and corporate strategy. He joined the team in 2017 and has been a true talent partner to our clients and candidates.
His partnerships include a range of buy-side firms that span mid and large-cap buyouts, growth equity, and LPs. He is also a driver of DE&I initiatives across his areas of expertise.
In his time, he has been involved in placing a range of positions, from Analyst to Managing Director. Andy is passionate about demonstrating the same level of commitment and excellence for each client and talent. No matter the stage of their growth or their career path.
Before embarking on his career, he studied at Brighton University, where he graduated in 2013. When he’s not in office, he can be found running around London. Be it a leisurely jog or donning the red and Black of Wandsworth Borough FC. To the outrage of many, he is also a Tottenham fan.
