Before joining Dartmouth, she specialised in Business Support recruitment across the Alternative Investment sector in London, following five years spent building her recruitment career in Sydney.
She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney Business School, where she also completed her Bachelor’s degree. Her academic grounding and international experience underpin her passion for delivering high‑quality, people‑centred hiring solutions.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys exploring London on foot (the best way to discover the city), travelling, and socialising over a long lunch with friends.
