Francesca joined Dartmouth in 2018, beginning her career within the firm’s Early Careers team, where she partnered with private equity firms, hedge funds and investment banks across Europe on structured internship and analyst hiring programs.
In 2024, Francesca relocated to the US to help drive the expansion of Dartmouth’s Credit and Investment Banking business, building the firm’s presence and relationships across the US market. Based in Charlotte, she now specializes in recruiting Associate through MD level professionals across both the buy and sell-side, with a particular focus on Credit and Capital Solutions. Francesca has particular expertise across fund liquidity and the broader GP solutions ecosystem, including NAV lending, secondaries, GP stakes and GP advisory.
