Kathryn’s passion lies in making careers access merit-based, helping her clients to develop and include diversity strategies in innovative ways. She is also committed to enabling clients and talents to find their ideal fit, supporting them in their search and in making informed decisions.

Leading our Charlotte office, Kathryn has over 15 years of experience in recruiting for investment firms, corporate, and investment banks. Before embarking on her journey with Dartmouth, she worked for an international recruitment firm based in London.

Kathryn spent ten years in our London office before launching the team in Charlotte. There, she led several teams and founded our Credit business and Dartmouth Academy, our firm’s core diversity strategy. Her passionate, competitive, and problem-solver personality as well as exceptional understanding of the credit landscape, allows her to successfully support our clients. 

She has a track record of leading recruitment processes for positions across the seniority level up to Partner/CEO. Kathryn is a trusted advisor to asset owners and managers, corporate banks, boutique and full-service investment banks, and fintech firms.

Kathryn studied French and English Literature at the University of Birmingham.
