Role & Responsibilities
- Support the execution of private capital fundraising mandates across the full lifecycle
- Prepare investor marketing materials, fund documentation and fundraising presentations
- Conduct investor research, targeting and engagement initiatives
- Work closely with senior bankers, fund managers and institutional investors on live transactions
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience within a placement agent, private capital advisory or investor relations environment
- Strong understanding of private equity fundraising and capital raising processes
- Excellent analytical, presentation and project management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with minimal supervision
