The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global alternative investment manager within its client solutions team.
Working alongside senior fundraising and investor coverage professionals, you will support a broad range of activities across the investor lifecycle, helping drive engagement with existing and prospective institutional investors. The role sits at the heart of the fundraising function, offering exposure to investor relations, relationship management and capital raising across a diversified private markets platform.
This is an excellent training ground role into a global markets career and offers a clear path into Investor Relations, Relationship Management and Capital Formation.

The Candidate
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing investor data, meeting activity and fundraising pipelines through the CRM system
- Producing fundraising reports and tracking investor engagement across strategies and regions
- Coordinating investor access to fund materials and virtual datarooms
- Supporting due diligence processes and investor information requests
- Organising investor meetings, presentations and related logistics
- Conducting investor and market research using industry databases and third-party platforms
- Assisting with fundraising campaigns, investor targeting and marketing initiatives
- Supporting the delivery of investor events, webinars and conferences
- Working closely with Investor Relations and other internal teams to deliver a seamless investor experience
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of total experience within Investor Relations, Capital Formation, Placement Advisory, Sales Support, Client Services, Asset Management, Consulting or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM system), Intralinks (or other data room system), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of the institutional investor landscape, including pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and investment consultants
- Additional European language skills, particularly Italian, German, Portuguese or a Nordic language
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior professionals
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple teams and functions
- An ambitious mindset and desire to build a long-term career within Investor Relations, Relationship Management or Capital Formation
- A tech-forward approach to AI and process improvement
