An excellent opportunity to join the IR team of a leading global private equity firm, supporting investor relations, fundraising activities and strategic investor communications. This role offers a unique blend of analytical work, project management and exposure to senior stakeholders across the private markets ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Produce analysis and insights to support investor communications, fundraising initiatives and broader LP engagement.
- Manage investor data, reporting requests and due diligence materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, fundraising collateral and other investor-facing materials.
- Partner closely with investment, finance and operational teams on a range of cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- 18 months to 3 years of experience within investment banking (M&A, Leveraged Finance, ECM), equity research, Big 4 transaction services/advisory, private fund placement, investor relations or private equity.
- Strong academic track record with excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.
- Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel and financial analysis.
