We are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded European real estate private markets investment manager seeking to hire an Associate or Senior Associate into its Investor Relations team. The firm has a strong institutional investor base, an active fundraising programme and an excellent reputation within the market.
This is a broad Investor Relations role offering exposure across fundraising, investor servicing, project management and marketing activities within a lean, high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of DDQs, RFPs and investor due diligence materials.
- Support fundraising initiatives and the production of marketing presentations and collateral.
- Respond to investor queries and reporting requests.
- Coordinate investor meetings and assist with relationship management activities.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across the Investor Relations function.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within Investor Relations, Fundraising Support, Client Services or a similar function in private markets.
- Backgrounds in private equity, private credit, infrastructure or real estate will be considered. Real Estate experience is a bonus.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, proactive and eager to develop a long-term career in Investor Relations.
