The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a leading global private markets platform within its Investor Relations team.
You will be covering three different products, allowing you to become a real specialist and be the conduit between the investment and coverage teams.
Internal stakeholder management and communication skills are essential in this role as you liaise with a variety of teams across the business. You will be responsible for preparing fundraising materials, coordinating investor due diligence processes, analysing fundraising progress and supporting investor engagement initiatives. You will also assist with investor communications, events and ongoing project management across multiple workstreams.
The role offers exposure across the business and provides the opportunity to develop a well-rounded understanding of fundraising, fund management and the broader private markets landscape.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience within Investor Relations, Placement Advisory, Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Development or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management and organisational capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality investor-facing materials
- A genuine interest in private markets and alternative investments
To be successful in this role, it is desirable you have:
- Experience supporting fundraising processes, investor due diligence or capital raising initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- The ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- A collaborative approach and experience working across multiple teams and functions across regions
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and thrive in a leaner team structure
- A tech-forward approach to AI
