Will is an Associate Director on the Early Careers team. He helps run the intern and graduate programmes for leading boutique investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and PE funds.
Will helps advise students on their career choices and then works to find them their dream job. This has a huge impact and means his role is incredibly rewarding.
Dartmouth fosters homegrown talent, and it was inspirational for Will to look at people across the business who had joined as Associate straight out of university and progressed to Associate Director level. As an Associate Director on the Early Careers team, Will manages a sub-team and works to win new business, which he now finds the most enjoyable.
Outside of work, Will is a sports fanatic and enjoys mountain climbing with his family and spending time with friends. Travel is another passion of Will’s, having visited 44 countries (and counting), with South America providing some of his favourite memories.
