With over three years of experience in the early talent space, Lewis has partnered with a range of clients to deliver diversity-focused campaigns, manage ad hoc hiring needs, and lead multi-role RPO projects.

His consultative approach and deep understanding of the student market make him a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates navigating the early stages of their careers.

Before joining Dartmouth, Lewis worked in agency recruitment, where he supported students in making informed career choices and helped organisations meet their hiring and DEI goals.

He graduated from the University of Sussex in 2021 with an MA in Geopolitics and International Affairs. Outside of work, Lewis is a long-suffering Tottenham fan, enjoys hiking, and spending time in the kitchen cooking new recipes.
