With five years of recruitment experience, Amber began her career in recruitment-to-recruitment, focusing on placing graduates into leading recruitment firms across London, from global organisations to boutique and start-up businesses.

Since joining Dartmouth, she has continued her passion for helping clients identify exceptional early talent while connecting candidates with opportunities that align with their ambitions and long-term goals.Amber prides herself on building genuine relationships and takes a consultative, honest approach with both clients and candidates. She is committed to understanding individual ambitions and business needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys running, reformer pilates and reading. She is also a keen traveller and, in 2025, spent six months solo-travelling around South East Asia.
