Ben is a Consultant at Dartmouth and specialises in Early Careers recruitment, delivering a personal, expert approach across the UK and DACH region.
Overseeing internship and graduate recruitment programs across the UK and Europe, Ben has successfully managed a variety of Early Careers initiatives. With a strong focus on financial services, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to supporting young professionals in their career journeys. Being a fluent German speaker, he specialises in junior roles in the DACH region, where he primarily focuses on Working Student, Off-Cycle Internship, and Analyst roles.
Before Dartmouth, he worked at a UK charity specialising in social mobility programmes, working mainly with students in Sixth Form into university and apprenticeships. Ben has a degree from University College London in German, Russian and Slovene. In his spare time, Ben is a Eurovision fanatic and enjoys numerous European city breaks across the year.
