Sara Antonicelli

Sara's motivation stems from her passion for connecting people with opportunities that can positively impact their lives.

Sara's approach to building relationships with hiring managers begins with open communication and active listening. To ensure that candidates are the right fit for both the role and the company culture, she deeply understands the client's requirements and organisational values. This comprehensive approach allows her to present candidates who possess the necessary skills and have the potential to thrive within the company's culture, and contribute to the organisation's long-term success. 

Before joining Dartmouth, Sara worked in IT recruitment for three years, specialising in recruiting professionals within the Salesforce ecosystem. She studied in Italy and earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Political and Social Science, majoring in Work Management and Business Communication.

When she is not working, Sara is usually spending time with her friends, whether going out for drinks or trying a new restaurant. She loves travelling and is very passionate about music and true crime documentaries.
