About
Charlie is diligent, creative, and enterprising, committed to building strong partnerships with clients and candidates alike, partnerships that last. His detailed and solution-oriented approach to recruitment allows him to understand the needs and aspirations of his partners.
Before his start in the private equity sector, he had a brief stint working in theatre. Charlie then went on to work at a boutique recruitment firm, settling into his field of expertise.
Working for Dartmouth, his approach enables him to successfully work with businesses and talents from a broad variety of backgrounds and levels. He also supports clients from VC and growth, all the way up to large-cap buyouts.
Before kickstarting his career, he studied Politics at Durham University. Charlie also studied Acting at the Oxford School of Drama. Outside of his work for Dartmouth, Charlie is passionate about theatre and films, as well as a devoted Arsenal fan.
