Logan Naidu

Logan began his career at JPMorgan and PwC in Corporate Finance. He co-founded the Cornell Partnership in 2005 before exiting via an MBO and founding Dartmouth Partners in 2012 with the industry-unique “Classroom to Boardroom” model aimed at uncovering future leaders early in their careers.

Logan has successfully led two rounds of private equity investment – Literacy Capital in 2018 and Three Hills in 2023. And in 2019, he acquired the leading infrastructure and governance recruiter, Pure Search. Kernel Global was born from this multi-brand, multi-niche approach, aspiring to help people and businesses achieve their full potential.

Before recruitment, Logan spent three years in more conventional City roles. A committed Christian, he is the father of three noisy children, husband to one ever-supportive wife, and a serious tennis and fitness nut.
