About
Jo was initially pulled in by Dartmouth’s team culture and our focus on building strong relationships with our clients and candidates. Her passion lies in building diverse, collaborative, and effective teams that will truly make a difference in the business.
During her early career stages, she worked for a global contingent recruitment firm, in which she developed and led an Asset Management practice.
Before she found her way to Dartmouth, Jo spent four years working in a boutique search firm and built a track record for delivering Director/MD-level searches and research to clients.
With over 20 years of experience in recruiting for investment management, Jo has built numerous long-standing and strong partnerships and is still in contact with individuals she met years ago. She is proud of being their trusted advisor and support for career advice and market intelligence.
With her collaborative, authentic, and committed nature, she continues to support our clients’ growth and build teams that truly excel at meeting company goals.
Jo studied French and German at the University of Leeds. Her time off is spent with her two daughters and enjoying time together with friends and family, preferably a nice chat over a glass of wine. She also keeps active with her love for tennis, cycling, and boot camp.
