Ishan is part of Dartmouth’s Early Careers team, supporting graduates as they begin their careers in finance.
Ishan began his professional journey working in deliveries before pursuing higher education, graduating with a First-Class Honours degree in History from SOAS University of London. He went on to enter executive recruitment research, where he applied his analytical skills to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and talent needs.
In his current role, Ishan guides ambitious graduates as they launch their careers in finance, bringing insight, empathy, and commitment to supporting the next generation of professionals.
In his free time, Ishan is an avid tennis player who competes in local tournaments. He also has a passion for cooking and enjoys experimenting with new recipes.
