Mariana supports candidates and clients in navigating the ever-changing junior recruitment market. With a strong belief in adding value through every interaction, she is passionate about creating long-term relationships with clients and candidates, guiding them in making significant career and hiring decisions. 

Since joining the business, Mariana has supported Early Careers with growing into new markets and spearheaded the creation of the team’s first-ever Early Careers Salary Report.

She graduated from the University of Bath with a degree in Politics and Economics and joined Dartmouth straight after completing her studies in 2021. Having grown up in Singapore, Qatar, and Brazil, Mariana is passionate about travelling and seeing new places outside of work.
