Before joining the team, Fatima worked as an Associate Recruiter in the early careers space, placing candidates into internships, permanent positions, and graduate schemes across financial services, technology & AI, sustainability, and commodities & energy.
Fatima places huge value on getting to know her candidates personally and building genuine relationships with them throughout their journey.
