Before joining Dartmouth, Emma began her journey in recruitment by working at a boutique headhunting firm within the corporate affairs space. She was in charge of a range of clients, including FTSE 100, trade associations, and charities. An expert in her field, Emma joined Dartmouth to continue to broaden her horizons in recruitment. She has enjoyed working on placing more senior positions and building strong, long-term bonds with the people she works with.
Now, she mostly works together with companies to find them the best talent in the market, focusing on Private Equity and placement agent clients.
In her free time, she likes to explore the countryside with her dog, Willow. She enjoys photography, exploring new restaurants, and cooking.
