Elsa Vaillant

Elsa brings over 6 years of international recruitment experience across various sectors with a distinctive global perspective shaped by her upbringing across France, Jerusalem, Fiji, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia.

Elsa began her career in recruitment as the first European hire at a boutique PropTech recruitment firm, where she successfully launched and expanded the French market. She quickly established herself as a thought leader through industry events and high-level client engagements. She served as a jury member at the European PropTech Startup and Scaleup Awards in Brussels.

She went on to specialise in AdTech, MarTech, and later real estate investment recruitment, focusing on client delivery and advising buy-side firms in London on key investment and asset management hires.

Elsa now sits within the Investor Relations and Distribution team, where she is committed to delivering high-impact results for best-in-class clients in the financial services sector. Using her experience and insight, she supports clients in identifying and attracting top talent across a competitive and fast-moving market.

Outside of work, Elsa enjoys reading, playing tennis and staying active through spinning, yoga and pilates. She is also a self-proclaimed foodie and loves trying out new restaurants in London.
