Investor Relations Associate (Italian Speaking)

The Associate will support with the full range of Capital Solutions activities: 70% of the role will be focused project management, and 30% supporting on relationship management in Southern Europe. This is an exciting newly created role in a collegiate and high performing IR team. You will have fantastic exposure to senior people in the business and have exposure to LPs early on. You must be native Italian or business proficient.
Desired Experience
2-5 years' experience in banking (M&A), audit, equity research or placement agent. You must be a native Italian or speak business proficient level of Italian. Genuine interest in pursuing a long term career in Investor Relations. Be eager to learn and possess a strong work ethic.Key Elements of the Role
Project management to include document creation, due diligence questionnaires , modelling and preparing presentations; Responding to queries from LPs and potential investors; Updating marketing and pitch materials; Proactively update and maintain the internal CRM systems; Assist with various activities to support the fundraising process from initial meeting to close; Assist team members with the management of existing investors; Work closely with the Relationship Manager covering Italy to communicate with new and existing institutional investors.Location
