Investor Relations Associate

The candidate will support the firm’s efforts to strengthen relationships with Limited Partner, both current and prospective, as well as assist in the execution of the firm’s IR strategy. Based in London, this role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the secondaries private equity market and work alongside experienced team members. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as an initial point of contact for investor queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses in coordination with senior IR team members.
• Assist in preparing , research reports, and other documents to support investor meetings
•Manage the process for responding to DDQs from investors, gathering necessary information and collaborating with internal departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
 • Update marketing materials, presentations and offering documents ensuring materials align with brand standards and messaging
• Collaborate with the investment and finance teams to compile portfolio updates, fund reporting, and assisting in the preparation of reports for distribution to investors.
• Maintain investor CRM system (Salesforce) 
• Work closely with Operations team to coordinate logistics for investor meetings, events, and conferences

Experience

• Familiarity with private equity or a keen interest in developing expertise in this area
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail,
• Strong commercial acumen, ideally with proven marketing/relationship building abilities
• An understanding of institutional investor sentiment (preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
 • Proactive and entrepreneurial, with the ability to take initiative, and work well under pressure
• Comfort with working both independently and collaboratively as part of a small, close-knit and globally placed team
• Self-motivated, with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills for analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data, carrying out research and writing report
