Edwina is an Associate at Dartmouth Partners, where she is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate and develop their careers. She enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping people identify opportunities that enable them to grow and achieve their ambitions. Edwina combines her interest in people, communication, and career development to support candidates throughout their professional journeys.
Prior to joining Dartmouth, Edwina studied Sociology at the University of Bath. During her studies, she completed an internship with an NGO in Hong Kong, where she worked closely with aspiring social entrepreneurs and changemakers, supporting them in developing and launching their own non-profit organisations.
Outside of work, Edwina enjoys crocheting and exploring London’s markets, always on the lookout for unique finds, creative inspiration, and great food.
