Cyrus is an Associate at Dartmouth Partners. He began his career in the lettings industry, where he developed a strong understanding of how to balance the needs and motivations of multiple stakeholders. Helping individuals find their ideal homes taught him the importance of building trust, managing expectations and delivering positive outcomes – skills that translate naturally into recruitment.
He is passionate about supporting young professionals at pivotal stages of their careers and takes a consultative approach to helping candidates navigate their next move while delivering exceptional service to clients. Cyrus holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Liverpool, which has equipped him with strong analytical and communication skills.
Outside of work, Cyrus is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time on the course whenever possible.
