Tasks
- Work closely with the Executive Committee and the business leaders to shape the roadmap for the Group globally.
- Diagnose business issues and outline drivers; structure projects approach and define scope
- Set-up clear initiatives and projects. Act as the control tower of large strategic and transformation / Integration projects
- Take an active part in the strategic planning process, from market data structuration to initiative tracking
- Act as a sparring partner to project leads and functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and value creation plans

Experience
Skills
- 5+ years of experience at one leading management consulting, corporate strategy, or other fast-paced roles leading project teams
- Experience in the Food industry and a combination of consulting / corporate experience is ideal
- Strong problem-solving skills, result oriented, project management and communication skills, strong numerical skills
- Hands-on mentality, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- Enjoy collaborating across the organization functional and regional teams
- Fluent in English – German is a plus
