Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing clarity and momentum on critical initiatives.
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure cohesion, performance and delivery of strategic priorities.
- Lead and coordinate high-impact projects including: Commercial Transformation, Customer Strategy, New Process Optimisation and Innovation.
Experience
- 5 years strategy consulting experience: MBB or similar
- Passion for media! (Media experience not required)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing ability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
- Commercially astute with a bias for action and results
