We are seeking a high-calibre Chief of Staff / Group Commercial & Transformation Manager to work closely with the executive team, driving alignment, integration and commercial effectiveness across a newly formed group of businesses.
This role is ideally suited to an ex–top-tier strategy consultant (MBB, OC&C, Kearney or similar) with 2–3 years’ experience in industry, looking to step into a hands-on, high-impact role with real ownership.
Responsibilities
The Role:
A broad, delivery-focused position spanning exec support, transformation and commercial activity, including:
- Driving alignment across systems, processes and reporting
- Supporting integration and transformation initiatives
- Producing Board and Exec materials
- Supporting commercial strategy, bids and tenders
- Acting as a connector across leadership and operating teams
Experience
Candidate Profile:
- 5–6 years’ total experience
- Background in top-tier strategy consulting followed by industry experience
- Exposure to transformation, integration or commercial analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
- Exposure to industrial services or adjacent sectors beneficial but not essential
