Our client is looking to hire a VP, M&A to steer their next phase of growth.
The business is executing and will continue to work on USD 100m + transactions. The role will be fundamental to ensuring transaction alignment with the broader strategic architecture of the business. We are looking for someone with the maturity, judgment, and ability to own live deals at pace.

Responsibilities
Required:- Over 10 years of experience at Investment Bank
- Proven track record in leading large-scale M&A process end-to-end.
- Ability to function at pace in an entrepreneurial environment with a high-degree of autonomy.
Experience
- Lead on large M&A transactions of > 100 million USD
- Work directly with senior leadership on structuring and executing transactions that will define the next phase of growth
- Exposure to projects involving cutting-edge technology deployments at a global scale
