Key responsibilities:
- Identify and engage acquisition targets across a fragmented healthcare market
- Build trusted relationships with founder-led businesses and guide owners through the sale process
- Develop and convert a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities
- Lead deal lifecycle from origination through to completion
- Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful integration of acquired businesses
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in M&A origination and deal execution
- Strong track record of building relationships with founder-owners
- Commercially astute with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Experience in a buy-and-build, private equity-backed, corporate development or acquisitive environment
- Exposure to multi-site sectors such as healthcare, dental, veterinary, care homes, consumer services or related industries is highly desirable
