A London-headquartered private equity firm specializing in private equity secondaries is seeking to add an Associate to its New York-based deal team this summer. The firm has a strong global track record in acquiring and managing secondary private equity interests, offering Associates meaningful responsibility and broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle within a collaborative, high-performance environment.
The Role
As part of the deal team, you will play a key role in evaluating and executing investments, working closely with senior team members across sourcing, diligence, and execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in traditional investment banking or secondaries investing, or experience within Big 4 Deal Advisory with significant transaction exposure; limited buy-side experience is also acceptable
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with a strong emphasis on contributing to and maintaining a positive company culture.
- Strong cultural fit and communication skills are essential
- Must be authorized to work in the US; the firm is not open to visa sponsorship
