My client is a fast-growing, international services group with a strong track record of acquisitions and capital markets activity. This is a high-impact role within the Group Corporate Finance team, focused on debt raising, capital structure optimisation and lender relationship management.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Lead financial modelling and maintain the bank case for debt issuance.
- Support global financing initiatives, including marketing materials and lender processes.
- Monitor capital markets for refinancing opportunities and negotiate terms with lenders.
- Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, Corporate M&A and legal teams on structuring and execution.
- Manage relationships with banks, rating agencies, and key finance partners.
Experience
What we’re looking for:
- Background in Leveraged Finance or Debt Advisory at final year Analyst or Associate level within a top-tier investment bank (Bulge Bracket/European Bank/Elite Boutique)
- Strong understanding of global debt markets, particularly US leveraged finance.
- Excellent modelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and strong relationship development skills across functions and stakeholders (internal and external)
