In her role, she helps identify and engage high‑potential investment and asset‑management professionals, contributing to mandates across funds and platforms within the growing infrastructure market.
Seline began her career in executive search with a brief introduction to software engineering recruitment, giving her early exposure to fast‑paced talent markets before moving into the real assets space. Now at Dartmouth, she is building sector knowledge and developing a structured, research‑led approach to candidate assessment and market insight.
Outside of work, Seline is an avid reader who can finish a novel in one sitting. She also loves to dance, sing, and draw – creative outlets that bring energy and balance to her day‑to‑day life.
