Tamara is dedicated to providing a bespoke service for hiring, retention, and diversity. She has helped numerous businesses achieve their recruiting goals.
Before joining Dartmouth, Tamara gained her recruitment experience while working for a boutique search firm for three years, where she partnered with corporate clients, banks, and investment funds.
She graduated from the University of Leeds in 2017 with a Politics and International Relations degree. Outside of work, Tamara enjoys reading and running.
