To be considered for this role, you will need:- 10–15 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital formation within private equity, asset management, or investment banking
- A proven track record of raising capital for energy or infrastructure-focused funds
- Strong understanding of the energy sector, including renewables and transition technologies
- A well-established network of institutional investor relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Advanced degree (MBA, CFA)
- Multi-lingual capabilities, especially in French or German
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
