The Head of Investor Relations will be responsible for developing the firm’s profile with institutional investors which includes a full range of activities relating to fund marketing whilst also working with the business to develop a first class investor relations function to drive and support engagement with existing and prospective investors.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with prospective institutional investors in the USA and other global locations
- Draft and revise all marketing and diligence materials including pitch decks and teasers
- Support the due diligence process by working closely with internal teams and guiding clients through onboarding and evaluation stages
- Work with the team to develop a dedicated Investor Relations programme to support regular engagement with existing and prospective investors
- Coordinate and participate in marketing initiatives, including roadshows and industry events, to enhance brand visibility and client engagement
- Utilise market knowledge to provide strategic insights that align with investor expectations and broader industry trends
