Responsibilities
Support the execution of M&A transactions
Manage financial analyses, valuation modeling, and due diligence processes
Draft key marketing materials including pitch books, management presentations, and client memoranda
Oversee and mentor junior team members in day-to-day deal execution
Contribute to business development efforts, including research on market trends, buyer landscapes, and strategic opportunities

Experience
3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, ideally within an M&A-focused team
Strong transaction execution experience across sell-side and/or buy-side processes
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills with a deep understanding of M&A processes
Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work in a lean, high-performing team
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
