Our client is a middle-market M&A advisory firm with expertise in business services, healthcare, human capital management, software, and technology and professional services sectors. The team advise founders, boards, and institutional investors on middle market transactions in the US.
The firm is rapidly growing their team in Charlotte, and are currently looking to hire an experienced Associate to support on deal execution. Successful candidates will gain exposure to all aspects of the deal cycle, and have responsibility managing juniors on live transactions as well as supporting senior bankers on deal origination.
Candidates are required to have previous experience on sell-side M&A transactions.
