Our client, a global alternative investment manager, is seeking a Product Management Director to join its London-based team. This is a highly visible role focused on supporting the growth and execution of a range of regulated investment products (including evergreen and semi-liquid funds) across private markets. Working closely with investment teams, client portfolio managers and distribution professionals (both Wealth and Institutional channels), you will play a key role in product positioning, fundraising activity and investor engagement.
The successful candidate will help drive commercial product initiatives, coordinate fundraising and capital formation efforts, and oversee the development of investor-facing materials including marketing content, due diligence responses and client communications. The role offers broad exposure across asset classes and investment strategies, with significant interaction across both investment and commercial teams. Worth noting that this is not a client-facing sales role.
Candidates should have approximately 8-15 years’ experience within alternative asset management, investment banking, private banking or a related environment, alongside a strong understanding of investment products and capital raising processes. Experience within private markets and knowledge of relevant fund structures is essential.
The ideal individual will combine strong commercial judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
