Our client is a middle market direct lending platform providing financing solutions to sponsor-backed companies across North America in the contexts of new platform investments, add-on acquisitions, recapitalizations, and refinancings.
As part of a highly successful Originations group, you will be involved in deal sourcing as well as transaction leadership, originating new investment opportunities from private equity sponsors, independent sponsors, and intermediaries, working with the underwriting team to successfully structure lending solutions.
Our client is considering individuals with strong underwriting backgrounds from competitor private credit funds / direct lenders at the VP and junior Director levels.
