With excellent access to diverse sources of capital, the team has a broad and flexible mandate across private and public real estate debt and equity-like instruments and an equally broad range of assets. This diversity of capital allows the real estate group the flexibility to invest across a wide spectrum of investments including public and private markets, debt and equity and across geographies. Investments include platform aggregations, stressed or distressed opportunities, sale leaseback transactions, liquidations, motivated/forced sales, public securities trading at a discount to intrinsic value, and loans collateralized by real estate.
The right candidate will have Analyst / Associate level prior experience within a hedge fund, private equity / credit fund or on a trading desk.
