KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support equity raising and capital development initiatives
- Assist with deal origination and business development activities
- Prepare Business Development Reports (BDRs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
- Develop and maintain fundraising materials
- Support investor due diligence processes
- Engage with institutional investors and help build long-term relationships
- Contribute to financial modelling as needed
- Support investor relations and capital development initiatives
IDEAL CANDIDATE
You have a background in banking, investment banking, or a comparable investment-focused role. You are transitioning into an Analyst position and bring relevant experience and perspective to the team.
