Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of capital advisory, liability management and restructuring-related assignments
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including liquidity analyses and capital structure assessments
- Prepare client materials, presentations and transaction documentation
- Conduct industry, company and capital markets analysis
- Work closely with senior bankers across live mandates and strategic advisory projects
- Participate in client discussions and stakeholder communications throughout transaction processes
Candidate profile:
- 2–4 years of investment banking experience
- Strong preference for candidates with M&A, restructuring, leveraged finance, debt advisory or broader capital markets experience
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Strong understanding of corporate capital structures and financing instruments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated interest in special situations and complex advisory work
