Mitch is a Director at Dartmouth, supporting the Portfolio CFO and Executive Finance search practice in North America.
He focuses on search execution for strategic and executive hires at the portfolio company level for Private Equity clients across the US. He has a deep understanding across the Industrials and TMT sectors and works with businesses ranging from VC and growth equity to lower and mid-market, as well as large-cap funds. He approaches each interaction he has with a client or candidate as part of a career-long relationship with the individuals who entrust him with their partnership.
Before joining Dartmouth Partners, Mitch spent over 7 years with an international Accounting and Finance specialised recruitment firm, where he led delivery for strategic and executive hiring for FP&A, Strategic Finance, M&A, Audit, and Finance Transformation across multiple geographies for both Private Equity-backed and listed businesses.
Mitch studied Accounting and Operations Management from Clemson University in South Carolina, graduating in 2017, and enjoys getting to leverage his educational background to support his clients in the Industrials space on their strategic finance hires. Outside of the office, he prides himself on being an accomplished chef in addition to being an avid golfer and outdoorsman.
