With close to a decade’s experience placing into both functional specialisms within Pharmaceuticals (QA, Clinical, Medical, and Pharmacovigilance) and also filling leadership roles within Strategy Consultancies, Matt has unique insight to the challenges that the Healthcare & Life Sciences face. What drives Matt is fully understanding both the exact needs of his clients and how best to solve their problem but also how best this links to the motivations and skillsets of his candidates.
Outside of work, Matt can be found most weekends playing rugby to an incredibly average level which has done since the age of 6… not that you would know it!
