Role Overview
A leading pan-European private equity firm is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate to join its Investor Relations team. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, the role supports investor engagement, fundraising, and product-related initiatives, with broad exposure across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for investor queries, coordinating across investment, finance, valuation, and compliance teams
- Maintain and develop fundraising materials, data rooms, and investor reporting
- Support fundraising processes, including roadshows, due diligence coordination, and interactions with placement agents
- Prepare materials for investor meetings, AGMs, and LPACs
- Enhance CRM systems, dashboards, and investor analytics to drive insights and engagement
- Contribute to communications initiatives, including website content and social media presence
- Support broader strategic and product-related initiatives as required
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, fund placement, or a comparable environment
- Prior exposure to investor relations, fundraising, or private markets preferred
- Strong academic background in a numerate or analytical discipline
- Fluent English required; additional languages a plus
